It was established in 1981 as a single family based partnership firm ( with an initial outlay of Rs 2 Lacs which has now grown to the extent of Rs 25.00 Crores. ) to manufacture range of machine parts and spares for Automobile components for industries around Karnataka and Maharastra.Through experience gained over the years, it developed the skill of manufacturing complete range of hydraulic System like presses and power Packs.
